A free community directory for the Skye Ranch master-planned community, positioned as a neighbor's project — no paid rankings, no sold leads.
Constraints
Trust is the product: residency claims must be verifiable, reviews genuine, and privacy protected — on mobile and desktop equally.
What we built
A full platform rebuilt from a static HTML directory: three user types with admin-approved residency, full-text search with labeled result tiers, native reviews and owner profiles, a multi-step 'Let Us Help' concierge request flow, a server-rendered neighbor Q&A board, privacy-clean contact analytics, and resident, owner, and admin dashboards.
Compliance & accessibility
Row-level security on every table, database-backed rate limits, contact tracking that stores no user or IP identifiers, and role-based end-to-end tests in CI.
Outcome
Live since August 2026, promoted in partnership with the Skye Ranch Elite Network.
